• Spearheaded, from concept to implementation, ‘Fraud and Recovery‘ application project generating $25M revenue in five years for TCS; led diverse team of 13 analysts in U.S., Mexico and India; assisted with merger of more than 15M customer profiles between BofA and MBNA platforms to realize cost savings between two companies • Led production-support teams for two major applications supporting over 20,000 users including deployment of measures for monitoring and proactively resolving production issues; modeled new platform for restructuring of applications within MBNA, and defined business plan for future releases as per Six-Sigma standard
