My assistance in implementing a new accounting information system lead to the promotion of assisted controller. I was responsible for the supervision of accounts receivable and accounts payable departments, with 3 direct reports. I worked with the new IT department in maintaining the integrity of the accounting information system. Processed month-end and quarter-end financial statements by posting general ledger entries. Generated financial statements and custom reports for analytical review and corporate upload. Acted as liaison between Operations Accounting, Payroll, HR and IT.
