Daily Duties at Aar Corporation:

Held chief leadership and management accountability for quality assurance system and budget encompassing metallurgical control laboratory and metrology. Mentored, coached, and trained 15 staff members focused on efficiently monitoring and maintaining quality of overhauled turbine components and modules. Developed and implemented standard operating procedures, inspection methods in alignment with overarching quality and production objectives. Served as ISO management representative and FAA, EASA and JAA liaison.
