Daily Duties at Sayan Health:
• Provided a plan to develop the company for long term success while maximizing efficiency; defined organizational structure (staff selection, process and procedures, growth strategy) while also providing training and team building, process improvement, and marketing / sales recommendations. • Facilitated product focus groups and prepared learning materials for managers of retail outlets in Southern California, Arizona and Nevada; facilitated fast-paced product training sessions nationwide. • Co-led an office team of 15 employees and consultants, as well as external vendors (brand managers, brokers, public relations, and marketing). • Participated in management team process to develop vision and mission statements. • Consulted on contracts with all beverage brokers, distributors, and vendors. • Developed customer and vendor surveys to identify key markets and measure customer satisfaction. • Advised the executive team on all creative materials (website, label design, promotional materials, and training manuals) • Established comprehensive staff training programs covering performance and professional development. • Coordinated daily operations and morning staff meetings; addressed and resolved customer complaints.
