• Partnered with senior leadership and the Board Chair to implement Total Quality Standards (TQS), as part of an organization-wide change initiative • Assisted the senior leadership in developing the strategic plan and annual operations plan • Conducted coaching sessions with the President and Executive Director to create an actionable succession plan to develop qualified successors • Assisted the Board Chair along with CIS leadership to develop best practices, in order to create a three-year strategic plan as part of the TQS certification process • Advised senior leadership on timeline, organizational capacity, activities, and measures of success for the development of an annual operational plan
