Drove sustainable growth of retail sales promotions throughout Northeast; including major metropolitan markets; recruited, trained, and supervised management team. Led short-term and long-term strategic development. Closely analyzed competitive landscape and formulated sales strategies to optimize market conditions. Coordinated with Human Resources department to standardize hiring criteria and improve productivity of workforce. Set deliverables and benchmarks. Developed cost and budget controls. Continually recruited new clients while strengthening consultative relationships with existing account holders. Worked closely with CEO and VP of Sales to align initiatives with overall company objectives.
