Drove sales and profit in the Pharmacy and OTC areas. Ensured compliance with Company and legal policies, procedures, and regulations. Ensured confidentiality of information, documentation, and assigned records as required Models, enforced, and provided direction and guidance to Associates on proper Customer service approaches and techniques to ensure Customer needs, complaints, and issues are successfully resolved. Oversaw the implementation of and participated in community outreach programs and encouraged Associates to serve as a good member of the community. Provided pharmaceutical care to Customers. Provided supervision and development opportunities for Associates prepared, manufactured, and dispensed drugs and pharmaceutical preparations; filled prescriptions; reviewed patients’ charts and medication regimens
