• Successfully supervised a staff of credit counselors to develop a step by step plan for future, current and past clients. • Assist in a go-to market strategy for a new vertical market by performing market research, developing presentations, creating collateral, and preparing sales training materials. • Direct contact with 30+ Partners for management of their projects. • Oversee operations of PCS, including project management, sales, cross sales between business, and managing staff.
