• Oversee operations of UNCS, including project management, sales, cross sales between business, managing staff, and agency management experience. • Create, track, develp and maintain all proposal • Was a liaison among business owners in order to communicate and validate data requirements. • Experience in business principles, with decision making and financial modeling. • Strategy development in managing staff. • Establish measurable goals/performance outcomes for department and direct reports. • Led initiative to develop a cohesive branding image for company and product solution areas. • Assisted in a go-to market strategy for a new vertical market by performing market research, developing presentations, creating collateral, and preparing sales training materials. • Excellent organizational and critical thinking skills. • Strategy development with testing design and measurements.
