Daily Duties at King Technologies:

Tester at the ITF Lab. I am either hands on or helping in the testing of ISNS and CANES and the applications that are installed on the networks. Tested the hotfixes and patches for ISNS and give insight into the applications and hardware on the networks. Setup, install, and configure networks that are active in the fleet and Including all hardware and software upgrades, physical and virtual servers, desktops, remote users, printers, telephone systems.. Trained the 10 newest employees in building a network from the ground up. I've stayed with each of them the entire time and given guidance on how it should be configured. This is pertinent because if the network is built or configured incorrectly, the testing that is done for the fleet will be considered void and not apply. I have also co-tested with the new employees to make sure they understand the scope of testing and how to write the reports on the findings correctly. Write Standard Operating Procedures for internal use on how to manage hotfixes and patches and configure them correctly on the networks. Manage on site personnel (3) and submit weekly status reports to owner's right hand guy on what tasks and work was performed for the week. Manage and maintain all mission crucial IT services for the company and the remote offices.
