Daily Duties at Loden Vision Centers:
As a Refractive Surgery Manager my primary role involves counseling patients regarding corrective eye surgery choices and supervising the other counselors in the department. In addition to the basic role of counseling I also use Powerpoint and Excel extensively, perform complex surgical video editing tasks, and serve as a liaison to over 200 referring optometrists. While in this position, my department saw a sales increase of over 150% from 2008-2013. Outside physician referrals increased 50% over this same time period.
