Increased sales, market share, and product volume in Primary Care and Specialty offices which included: Gastroenterologist, Cardiologist, Endocrinologist, Orthopedic Surgeons, ENTs, and Pulmonary offices resulting in continuous top quartile annual sales rankings relative to peers and numerous sale achievements and awards. Manage a Los Angeles area territory consisting of 250+ physicians driving prescriptions for both mature and new product launches including: Prevacid, Amitiza, Dexilant (Kapidex), Actos, Lialda, Edarbi, Androgel CERTIFIED FIELD EXPERT (2006) ● Demonstrate in-depth clinical knowledge, engage in clinical role- play with new hires during IST role play week ● Coach and provide specific feedback to new hires DISTRICT MARKETING SPECIALIST (August 2003/2004/2007/2010) ● Send monthly updates on marketing resources/ tools via email/ voicemail ● Present and create marketing communications for the district ● Compile and communicate marketing tools and best practices ● Communicate District and Region Feedback during SMAC ( Sales Medical Advisory Committee) Panel Meeting DISTRICT BUSINESS ANALYST (2003/2006/2009/2011) ● Create monthly district Fastrac, powerbook, sales analysis reports ● Create customized powerplay , tactical (Sales Reports ) for district ● Analyze, Interpret, and communicate district trends ● Train new hires on Computer Sales Programs: CAMS, Lotus Notes, TAP intranet, Powerplay ● Train and communicate CAMs lite updates and best practices DISTRICT TRAINER (2004/2005/2009/ 2011) ● Train and prepare new hires for IST ● Conduct clinical reviews during conference calls and district meetings ● Participate in monthly district trainer journal club conference call ● Assist in the clinical development of team members ● Compile and communicate best practices
