• Reported to the IT Head, supported and administered servers, workstations, network, and communication systems at corporate headquarter, warehouse sites, and 7 branch offices. • Performed and monitored system states, files, and database backup processes and planned disaster recovery strategies. • Installed, configured, and supported external applications provided by customers, agents, or government to comply data format and data communication with the international trading and government regulations. • Developed application to support the management information system. • Wrote required manual guides, documentations, rules, and standard operating procedures. • Other assignments instructed by the IT Head.
