Daily Duties at American Medical Technologies:

Daily Job Duties: Perform monthly and as needed bedside rounds with facility staff to assess resident wounds, educate staff at bedside and during rounds, and formulate treatment plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Strive to enhance facility staff awareness of current wound care standards and advances, and assist them to incorporate those advances into their wound management programs to improve quality of care. Provide guidance with meeting CMS and state regulations regarding wound program activities. Provide education to clients regarding pathophysiology of wound healing, assessment, treatment selection, and documentation to improve overall wound program effectiveness and quality.
