Daily Duties at Ibm:
Technical lead for three Fortune 500 Help Desk accounts supporting greater than 5000 users each and administered their Network, Email and MVS Mainframes. Managed call escalations, reviewed call metrics and resolution documentation, provided feedback to Help Desk managers and conducted performance reviews.
