Daily Duties at Osi Collection Services, Inc:

Developed and managed training program, including budget requests for Financial Services and International associates in 4 locations. Managed and developed a diverse team of 6 trainers conducting regular remote and onsite audits to determine trainer effectiveness. • Developed and delivered management operating systems workshops and training programs to first and second level leaders. • Delivered training needs assessments for domestic and near shore operations partners. Provided daily feedback reporting trends for improving business processes. • Manager of Training for Financial Services & International, continued • Administered federally regulated HIPAA & FDCPA compliance training and testing to selected groups. • Developed compliance training materials and job aids for classroom use. • Developed 30, 60 & 90 day refresher training and development courses and brown bag luncheons to associates in their first 90 days of employment. • Analyzed new hire course evaluations and satisfaction surveys to establish new training objectives. • Provided training follow up support and results reports. • Developed and completed training plans and new business / client on-boarding training prior to “go live” dates. • Hired, trained, and managed performance of trainers. • Headed startup & staff-up training plans for international offices, including hiring of front line leaders, development and management of staff until permanent site leader sourced and trained to take over. • Modeled best practices behaviors for international leaders setting the standards and expectations for leading new teams. Lead Facility Trainer (2001 to 2004) • Managed facility training for 250+ associates, supervised one trainer and mentored junior trainer.
