Daily Duties at State Collection Service, Inc:

• Managed and coordinated training programs for 275 call center employees across MN, WI and IL locations. • Designed and trained revenue generating courses and quality assurance programs and provided daily support for all employees to ensure compliance with company policies, state regulations, and FCRA, FDCPA and HIPAA laws. Processed class enrollment, developed, delivered and managed technical and soft skills training programs for new hires, management teams, sales team and clients. • Scheduled and coordinated webinars, classroom training, and CBT programs as well as side-by-side coaching for all employees in Madison & Beloit, WI, Woodbury, MN and Geneva, IL locations. Supervised and developed a team of Training Specialists and Quality Assurance Specialists. • Researched and recommended investment software for collections, sales training and QA needs. Increased quarterly training hours from 300 to 3000+ within six months. • Generated revenue companywide with effective training programs resulting in increased morale, increased productivity and immediate payments which helped sites contribute to company goals.
