Daily Duties at Cara Group:
• Facilitates virtual WebEx training classes to support rollout of new billing software suite to all US Cellular retail outlets • Provides online training to classes of 1 - 25 students • Dynamically demonstrates specific tasks in two distinct software tools • Introduces and reinforces US Cellular policy issues • Manages distribution of materials and updates the Learning Management System (LMS) • Troubleshoots technical issues and escalates to minimize disruption and maximize course completion percentage. Uses Captivate WBT’s as backup training tools
