Daily Duties at Oracle Corporation:

Partner with each division to implement policies and procedures that enhance organizational and employee development. Facilitate an effective performance management process. Facilitate employee/manager issue resolution. Investigate and bring to closure employee relations concerns including sexual harassment, discrimination and unfair treatment allegations. Educate managers and employees about HR policies/programs. Assist with various mergers and acquisitions such as People Soft.
