Daily Duties at Brinker International:

Chili's was selected by Nightclub & Bar Magazine as the 2006 Five Star Award winner for Best Casual Dining Restaurant Beverage Program. • Coordinated the development and execution of all beverage marketing initiatives including regional programs, national promotions and incentive contests • Served as the communication liaison between the corporate office, restaurant/field managers and vendor/distributor contacts • Directed the design agency and print vendors on the creation, production and distribution of branded dining menus, feature cards, beverage menus, promotional inserts and training materials for 1200 restaurants • Managed complex vendor/distributor relationships to insure appropriate product inventory, new product integration and on-going program support • Developed and executed new beverage test programs, including the completion of consumer taste panels, web-based surveys and guest survey data collection • Leveraged collaborative relationships with corporate office partners including Culinary, Operations, Training, Purchasing and Legal departments to ensure successful beverage program execution • Created and managed annual department budget and invoicing
