Implementation of corporate marketing strategy at division level • Manage 10 member buying group purchasing $575 million annually to maintain an average $30 million daily product inventory of over 13,000 items • Drive service level and order fill rate daily for 3500 customer accounts • Lead on-going replenishment metric process and system training initiatives • Collaborate with divisional departments to schedule freight receiving, manage inventory aging and insure product quality control
