Duties included project management, vendor management, database conversion and validation, technical support and development, report development, user and technical staff training, and problem resolution for software and infrastructure issues. Application Support Lead for City of Wilmington’s Application Support team. Provided support for MUNIS, Harris, Kronos, LNI Ticketing, Intranet, and Service Desk Applications. Responsibilities included project management, vendor management, database administration, software administration and development, technical support for both internal IT staff and departmental users.
