Daily Duties at Service Master:

Independent and self managed HR Business Partner to Division Vice President, three Region Vice Presidents and thirty one General Managers, leading the tactical execution of HR policy, practice and programs, supporting 1500 front-line associates. Provided HR support for branches by developing client relationships, coaching on employee relations, talent management, recruiting, retention, union avoidance, compensation, FMLA, ADA, FLSA employment law, benefits, and organization/culture development.
