• Developed Medical Equipment Leasing Program according to their equipment type and market needs • Worked with Leasing Brokers and Independent Financial Institutions to help support credit needs for equipment lease transactions • Assisted Financial Brokers in structuring lease transactions and packaging these transactions for sale to larger banks for set fee • Reached 320% of my 2006 volume goal • Worked with various vendors and lessees across the 50 U.S. states to help finance existing customers and solicit new leasing customers. • Trained and managing 55 lease sales representatives and improved their ability reach volume goals I knew I was successfull because of the growth of our leasing division which I had contributed to by adding new vendor clients.
