Daily Duties at Co Trade International, Llc.:
Performed as purchasing manager, project manager and production manager. Responsible for a project from sourcing to manufacturing and delivering. Objected to lower production cost while satisfying and exceeding customer expectations. Involved in many industries such as RF welding, injection molding, iron casting, and CNCs. Communicated with customers overseas on a weekly basis for updates and requirements. Management oversight and development of: global category strategies, sourcing plans, projects, processes, procedures and policies. Develop and maintain strategic sourcing strategies. Align with business units to support business requirements. Manage overall spend for the category. Vendor relationship management and global coordination of vendors. Accountable for sourcing opportunities, including the RFP process, contracts and negotiations. Develop, implement and track cost savings plan.
