Daily Duties at Financial :

• I am a Program / Project Manager over both infrastructure and application end-to-end projects that are accomplished 100% remotely. The infrastructure consists of firewall servers and monitors, involving all business domains. The applications are large financial data systems of Bank of America, along with heavy emphasis on security and lines of business, including banking, ATMs, mortgages, lending, and loans. Prior to deployment or implementation changes, approvals are authorized through LOBs (Lines of Business). Other projects include: CEM (Ecommerce Monitoring Project), VAM (Vintage Access Monitoring) and Gigue. Tracking is required for end-to-end servers within the text and production environments, as well as understanding the needs of the application users. Weekly meetings cover issues and bottlenecks that are resolved in order to keep the project plan on track. Functional groups interfaces include development team, infrastructure team, engineering, operations, and testing.
