Was presented with star performer award for 4th quarter 2007 and 1st quarter 2008 before transfer to Special Assets Group. 8/2008 to 5/2013 : Personally selected to mitigate risk and maximize recovery of the largest, most complex high risk and non-performing commercial real estate loan portfolios, with relationship size from $1.5MM to $15MM with a portfolio from $80MM to $120MM, replenished as collected, with property in NC, SC, VA, TN and GA. Many of the loans required a joint resolution of the loan and derivative products, reducing credit risk.
