Provide excellent customer service to our Limited Partners ( 600 investors). Manage Investran database for all investor information - up to 1500 - 1800 contacts Generate all communication to limited partners: capital calls, distribution notices, quarterly reports, tax information and general information. Respond to yearly audit confirmations (approx. 200) Plan and manage all logistics for annual 3.5 day meeting (300 - 400 attendees) Work with attorney to facilitate transfers of interests in th Funds.
