Job Description: Prepares and analyzes consolidated monthly financial statements to insure compliance with GAAP for various units of a multi-corporation manufacturing entity. Coordinates financial records with individual plant controllers and develops appropriate annual reporting systems. Prepares and analyzes various corporate financial reports. Prepare GL corresponding accounts' reconciliation and bank reconciliations. Daily Responsibilities: Monthly Close and Yearly Close at consolidated corporate Level.; Prepared recurring Journals and General Journals and adjusting entries. Prepared, examined, or analyzed accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to GAAP. Initiated many comprehensive financial reports to meet the specific aspects of Internal Management and outside buyers and bankers. Maintained Bank Rec. and Account Rec.; Investigate, analyze and resolve any discrepancy. Completed majority of the paperwork for annual Audit; worked with auditors to guarantee the success of annual audit and compliant with GAAP. Managed and maintained Fixed Asset book of nearly 2,000 fixed assets; Conduct Depreciation, Additions and disposal. Prepare corporate sales budget (up to $50 million)and operation budget. Administrate Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) and manage annual distribution process, prepared government tax return forms for ESOP. Assisted Auditors in preparing annual tax filing and estimate tax filing and 5500 filing. Work independently, report directly to CFO, lead the accounting team when needed.
