Daily Duties at Imex Trading, Llc.:

Build relationships with ICs and vendors Assigned project managers to oversee QC, delivery time, logistics, worked closely with OEM manufactures to develop new products and setup production lines, procedures, and process protocols. Consultant for client's business development, market cost analysis, distribution channel recommendations, setup product support methods, packaging improvements Adjusting manufacturing processes in accordance with consumer feedback. Assigning workload and managing the buyer's performance. Managing supplier source selection and supplier price and schedule negotiations, measuring supplier OTD performance. Measuring year over year cost reduction and continuous improvement activities. Negotiate pricing, legal, and business terms and conditions on agreements with suppliers ensuring adherence to budget and schedule, timely delivery, and risk avoidance, as applicable. Employ competitive sourcing methodology using formal process (RFQ, RFI and RFP) in order to meet requirements and ensure the best value for company. Assist with Confidentiality Agreements, Supplier pre-qualification, Expression of Interest and Request for Proposal process. Participate in bidder evaluation, negotiations and award of contract. Researches new contractors and suppliers and cultivate relationships with current and potential contractors, suppliers and vendors and provide expertise on selecting the appropriate contractors for a particular scope. Resolution of contractor and supplier performance issues, audits and compliance claims. Serve as primary point of contact for GSC contracts including routing of contacts for execution, tracking changes, storage and retrieval of executed contracts, etc. Serve as liaison among Global Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Legal and other internal business units to ensure contract requirements, strategies, policies and procedures are communicated and implemented. Performs cost or price analysis, including review of cost breakdowns to determine reasonableness of price. Participate and perform leadership in other strategic capital, engineering, logistics and plant related initiatives as needed. Serve as point of contact for company services agreement templates including Master Service, Engineering, Supply, Consulting and Construction Agreements, General Terms and Conditions and other template contracting forms. Understand contract terms and conditions in order to propose appropriate form of agreement for the work. Recognize and understand contract terms and conditions, and in accordance with company policy, legal requirements and counterparty requests, recommend alternate contract language to address counterparty mark-ups and changes while maintaining appropriate contractual protections for company. Identify potential risks and mitigation strategies and highlight to management prior to contract execution.
