Oversaw a team of five administrators and two interns in support of three Windows platforms as team lead. Increased the manageability of remote systems, instituted full virus scanning, and eliminated neglected user accounts and directories. Reduced trouble tickets 90% and decreased turnaround time by 40% within a period of three months by migrating company’s hosting platform to newer, scalable architecture. Worked with multiple teams to increase level of communication between teams, resulting in increased employee and customer satisfaction levels. Designed and instituted mentoring program with technical support staff to increase knowledge level of technicians, while supporting the company career landscaping program through assisting in upward mobility for junior-level technical staff members.
