Daily Duties at Northrop Grumman Mission Systems:

• Provided databases maintenance to all site Oracle databases. • Duties include knowledge of analytical techniques and experience in gathering data to problem-solve complex technical issues via oral and written communication • Responsible for the analysis of complex problems, definition of functional requirements and developing and providing training material • Perform Systems Administration, Network Management, and help desk functions. • Maintained and created user accounts in Active Directory and printers in Unix. • Responsible for setting up new Solaris server blades and installing updates on the individual servers. • Participated in the Integrated Facilities Systems Server Consolidation Project • Provided some functional and technical customer service for consolidated and non-consolidated sites. • Responsible for the maintenance and monitoring of the jobs and media used in the backup of our systems via Veritas Netbackup
