Complete all duties associated with operating a Pizza Hut location. Ensure store was operating within Pizza Hut standards while maintaining financial objectives. Responsible for hiring and maintaining a crew. On a weekly basis i was responsible for scheudling to achieve our labor expectations. I was responsible for all food ordering. I was responsible for receiving and proper handling of all products. I was responsible for the training of my crew and the proper execution of all cooks, servers and delivery drivers. I was responsible for providing a quarterly competitive assesment to aid in our marketing plans for each location.
