Orchestrated & directed logistics support operations serving 4.7K personnel and 85+ aircraft, holding financial accountability for high-dollar inventories; led property receipt, storage, inspection, and distribution / issuance operations. Ensured supply and logistics support alignment with customer / operational requirements. Performed operational performance analysis and evaluated productivity trends to identify process improvement opportunities; developed corrective measures to ensure achievement of quality and productivity objectives. Maintained warehousing and material handling equipment / vehicles.
