Daily Duties at Abt Electronics:
taking and setting up appliance and electronics service calls, programmed cell phones, customer service and trouble shooting. Greeted each customer and aknowledged people that had to wait momentarily as we handled each customer in order. They would bring in their unit and need a repair , exchange or refund.I would save by explaining how something would work. We would do the same over the phone with appliances or tv's in order to teach the customer how to use their product. If not- we would make the decision to get them into the correct product.Would also take the units in need of repair up to our service technicians who would fix the product.I would be an ambassador to the customer.
