Daily Duties at New York Life Insurance Company:
Project Manager for implementing Suitability requirements based on FINRA and internal guidelines for fixed and variable products. Execute the core business analysis task for multiple technology projects. Create business requirements to facilitate FINRA compliance in all variable and fixed products. Coordinate the testing strategies of all systems changes in a production simulation environment. Lead the daily production support team to maximize efficiency of the Customer Service Department. Working with the Corporate Compliance Department to implement Investor Profile changes for variable and fixed product lines. Ensuring that new market conduct rules and guidelines are assimilated into the department business practice in accordance with best-practice standards. Responsible for the oversight of the department’s digital procedures database.
