Jan 2011/June 2013-Management and supervision of fleet maintenance workshop and operation -Establishing of CMMS - Fleet Management Pro. (IMS-Innovative Maintenance System) -DATA entry of fleet reference, Fleet TAG numbernig, PM Methodology & Planning as per manufacturer recommendation and standards and manuals -Ensuring the fleet continually meets the company regulations -Ensuring the workshop operation meets integrated management system compliance -Maintaining and auditing workshop budgets to control expenditures -Leader of vendor/Dealer commissioning of brand new purchased mobile equipments (CAT, MANITOWOC MOBILE GMK CRANE, Commerical trucks M.A.N.; DAIMLER CHYSLER, IVECO, HINO, JCB, UD-NISSAN, and Fire Trucks.Light vehicles TOYOTA Hilux, Land-Cruiser, Nissan Navara,etc.) All are equipped & Powered by Diesel Engines. -Nov 2008/Dec2010 -Support services strategies (Logistic Transport Lifting & Handling) -Mobile Equipment inspection & evaluation -Judgment and problem solving -Optimum usage of Transportation means -Responsible for the day-to-day supervision of company/contractor work ongoing under Logistic responsibility for the efficient completion on time and under budget -Ensuring safe work conditions and Quality in the work place is integrated in the work being carried out by measuring and studying job safety analyzes -Coordinating with the planning/Logistic department for establishing and updating the Work progress and procedures -Management and supervision of fleet maintenance workshop and operation -Ensuring the fleet continually meets the company regulations -Ensuring the workshop operation meets integrated management system compliance -Maintaining and auditing workshop budgets to control expenditures -Competent in training the manpower on their related duties -Leader on 3rd party inpsection team for color code & inpsection campaign on mobile fleet equipments
