Daily Duties at Contrasimex :

creates weekly team roll-up report create documentation for change management impact template. Schedule meetings and on request. document minutes and post to eroom for formal record of all attendees, discussions, decissions and issues. perform follow -up activities including obtaining system scanning documents and posting of pwa. Consolidate informations for project meetings as requested. maintain and distrubute templates for schedules, project plans, cost estimate etc. provide addministrative support to the project managers. Applies documented rules, past practises, or instructions on an indipendent level, and recommends changes. Preempts potential problems and provides effective solutions in reaction to application of concepts, techniques, knowledge and processes. worked on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of identifiable factors. Assist senior team members in monitoring projects from initiation through delivery ensuring completion of the project on schedule. Worked with project team responsible for developing and carrying out project for assigned business units, products, services, processes and or technologies. Used proffessional concepts and company policies to solve a variety of problems.
