Daily Duties at Heb Butt:
My major responsibility as a shipping officer with the compay is to conduct a day to day shipment of verious barkely product produced from the factory to our verious stores in Texas. To ensurse that verious stores request printed out from the system are supplied accordinly and on time. To ensure that the stock items on request are actually the exact product shipped to the store on demand. Dispatch and monitors the vehicle operations from the point of dispatch to there verious destination through the radio communication.. Ensure that each milestone are documented with thier time of arrival and the vehicle number. Arranges shippment of stock items base on thier urgency and FIFO procedures i.e( First in First out). Plan, execute, monitor and control the shipment and delivery barkely stocks to verious HEB stores in Texas . .
