Daily Duties at Prometric Inc.,:

Lead Software Quality Assurance Manager, solely responsible for the firm's Process Improvement initiatives and ensuring the firm maintains CMMI Maturity Level II compliance. Upon reporting on board in April 2012, I conducted 30 Software Quality Assurance audits within 4 months which resulted in the firm's successful appraisal at CMMI Maturity Level II, a process improvement training and appraisal program and service administered and marketed by Carnegie Mellon University and required by many DOD and U.S. Government contracts, especially software development. Additionally, I developed four software development process area training packages and then conducted training for over 50 Information Technology personnel during that same four month time frame which satisfied another critical CMMI required Generic Goal.
