Daily Duties at Trinity Terrace:
Plan and guide the professional development of the nursing staff, initiate inservice programs and make recommendations for training or work modification to the DON. Assited with department budget, worked with staffing coordinator to ensure adequate nursing staff coverage. Participated in ensuring annual competency. Functioned as the infection control nurse. Worked with MDS Coordinator doing resident assessments and caring out the RAI process. Supported nursing staff with caring out the daily nursing process, resident care and assisting with resident issues and concerns.
