Daily Duties at Ft Community Development Corporation:
Managed the day-day operations of all activities and projects that the CDC engaged upon. Assembled and oversee development teams including: architects, attorneys, engineers, accounting, contractors and any other necessary consultants needed to bring each project to completion. Provided oversight the design development of each project, which includes: review all planning and permitting solicitations of Bids Funding opportunities bids, from consultants and contractors. Also ensured the availability of qualified, certified, and high performing suppliers for the project.
