Daily Duties at Citi Group Corp:
Conducted follow up of several different types in the Loan Administration to include insurance follow-up using . a report, follow up with insurance agents, by placing a call, for proof of renewed, adequate insurance on our borrower’s accounts, send follow up emails to internal employees for original documents Followed up of recorded documents are done by placing phone calls to outside attorneys and title companies at specific intervals as outlined in department procedures. Prepared new business files and break them down for imaging- including preparing files and entering information to create a manifest to accompany documents over to offsite storage and imaging.
