Daily Duties at Capital One:
Utilize various research tools and programs to procure missing document information while having knowledge of Federal Regulations and company policy and procedures with over arching goal to locate customer and obtain good contact information. Conduct ongoing interviews with customers to ensure extended qualifications and customer program educations. Prepare and submit hardship re-amortization & recommendations for program approval. Consult with high risk customers regarding recent changes that affect their ability to maintain loans to modify their loan. Manage multiple time sensitive accounts simultaneously and draft loan agreements that require 100% accuracy and adherence to Federal regulations. Participate on team in DEV and UAT environments for the Hardship system enhancement project Train new employees, facilitate cross training with other departments, and handle special and escalated customers within the department. Completed 600 modifications in 2012 reducing $300,000.00 for Capital One Auto Finance financial losses.
