Daily Duties at Rcs Services:

• Responsible for maintaining the ACT!, W-5 and RCS Website databases. • Accountable for marketing techniques used to pool client interests to the RCS Website using the RCS Web Plan. • Developed and continually managed the RCS E-Consultant Newsletter for external clients and the E-Library for internal clients. • Edited consultant articles and researched new information and topics for the RCS Website. • Planned and monitored the first online RCS training workshop, audit and specialized webcast trainings. • Provided a training tool for both new and current consultants through the RCS Consultant Reference Guide Book.
