Daily Duties at Mac, Inc.:
• Recruited both direct and contract employees in the skilled trades industry. • Called potential candidates and took incoming candidate calls to fulfill open positions at client sites throughout the US. • Managed several accounts, including recordkeeping for the contract employees. • Maintained the client and employee relationships. • Worked onsite at an industrial facility where the testing, new hire paperwork, new employee orientation training, accident and injury investigations, and termination of employees takes place. • Cold called and marketed to existing and potential customers.
