Develope, coordinate, and execute training initiative and strategies that include 100+ personnel. Supervise a staff of 4 personnel; manage personnel, logistics, and $1M+ training and $100K+ transportation budgets to ensure completion of annual training requirements for 110 personnel. Lead logistical efforts to transport 100+ members to Iraq while managing $5M in weapons, 100 tons of personal gear and supplies. Orchestrate Toys-for-Tots events to collect toys for needing families Direct and establish workflow procedures and Quality Assurance controls to ensure efficient HR and training operations. Supervise and lead pre-deployment training requirements to deploy 100+ personnel to Iraq and Afghanistan.
