• Completed a Competitor/Collaborator analysis service project Created structured interview questions and established the processes and guidelines for the data collection • Performed content analysis including the internal staff, board members, competitors and collaborators to identify the common themes • Developed a tool to assist senior leadership to more accurately select collaborators that align with the organization’s strategic goals and objectives • Integrated team research and data collected into a summary PowerPoint report for client’s review and reference
