Daily Duties at Abwe:

Responsible for direction and logistics of transportation and setup up medical and dental clinics in Ukraine. Safe conveyance of staff, supplies and equipment by aircraft ,car and train. Responsible for efficient setup and breakdown of multiple temporary clinical sites in challenging conditions.Responsible for assessment and treatment (under direct medical supervision)of thousands of patients. Multitasking in both medical and dental settings, cleaning and sterilization of equipment, as well as pharmacy and diagnostic duties. Responsible for initial triage for patients admitted to clinical sites and record keeping of patients histories, complaints, diagnosis and treatment. Responsible for assuring patents had clearly defined instructions for post procedure care as well as proper use of meds dispensed at our on site pharmacy. Responsible for clean set up of clinical sites for both medical and dental assessment and treatment centers often under less than optimal conditions. Responsible to treat patients directly within my scope of Respiratory Care, dispensing meds appropriate to their condition and diagnosis. Responsible for training of indigenous peoples assisting in clinical duties.
