Daily Duties at Echotech Group:

• Use process evaluation to enhance our clients’ service quality, productivity, cost savings, error reduction, and delivery time. • Offer solutions including general practices (such as employee recognition, coaching and team building), external initiatives (such as customer satisfaction measures and competitive benchmarking), and lean initiatives (such as process mapping and kaizen, also known as lean thinking). • Help develop a clear business strategy and vision for the organization, along with tools for implementation and benchmarking on a pre-determined basis (monthly, quarterly, annually, etc.).
